Vi Trang is a Brisbane-based digital marketing strategist with more than 12 years of experience helping businesses grow through practical, well-executed marketing.

Her background spans digital strategy, paid advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, analytics and creative production, but what sets her apart is the way she connects strategy with delivery. Vi doesn’t just build marketing plans. She helps businesses implement them properly, refine them over time and make sure they continue working when things get busy.  

At Profit Pantry, Vi works closely with independent hospitality businesses including cafes, restaurants, bars and food operators to build marketing systems that feel achievable, sustainable and commercially grounded. Her focus is on helping venues improve visibility, generate repeat business and create a stronger local presence without adding unnecessary complexity to already demanding operations. That includes everything from local search ads and social campaigns through to email marketing, profile optimisation and ongoing content support.  

Vi’s approach is shaped by years of working across both strategy and execution roles. She understands that hospitality operators rarely have time for overcomplicated marketing plans or trends that don’t translate into real outcomes. Instead, she focuses on clear communication, consistency and making sure every piece of marketing works together properly rather than in disconnected bursts.
